John 1:11 He came unto His own, and His own received Him not.
That scripture is usually viewed historically; Jesus came to the Jews and the Jews didn't receive Him. That's true. But Jesus the Lord of Glory is coming to His own now and many of His redeemed ones aren't receiving Him. "Oh, when He comes I will receive Him." He is coming right now, spiritually! We are in the days of the Parousia.
